St Brigid's Gwynneville recently added a native bee hive to the school's already beautiful and inviting outdoor gardens and learning spaces.

The native bee hive is situated in the garden area with the subpods that has had a revamp encouraging the students to spend time in the outdoors. Kindergarten students have been utilsing the space during their "brain breaks".

Alongside the subpods and bee gardens, the school also has vegetable gardens and a bush tucker "Djeera" garden space that acknowledges the school's connection to Dharawal land upon which the school is located.
